Free shipping to the United States

Standard shipping is free on every order delivered to an address in the United States. There is no minimum order amount.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7-12 business days. You'll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it all the way to your door.

No extra fees at delivery

Any import duties and taxes are already covered by us. You will never be asked to pay anything extra when your package arrives.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package doesn't arrive or arrives damaged, email us at cosmapharm.support@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
