How to request a refund

Refunds
Once your request is approved, we'll issue the refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right with a replacement or a full refund.
